This is an overall review. The scooter itself is great. Easy to put together. Easy to operate. But the service was poor. Website says 4-5 days maybe longer in regional areas. I ordered 22nd Nov. Arrived 9th December. Tracking was almost non existent. Even on delivery day the tracker was saying still in Melbourne. (Delivery was Newcastle NSW). Email sent to customer support was left unanswered. Poor service.
