(Purchased online last November, 2025) Excellent-quality scooter for its price, very nice to ride and handles very well. Range isn’t the Pro Glide’s strong point if travelling on anything but the flattest of paths but is, for the most part, acceptable
Customer service also not the greatest as I never received any communications from ESA after purchasing online. No delivery after 2 weeks so I drove to the ESA warehouse in Werribee to request my purchased scooter in-person of which thankfully the warehouse manager, to his credit, was fully agreeable
